Main ingredient: Noodle(Flour(Made in Hokkaido/Iwate), Grain rice powder(Made in Japan), Wheat gluten, Salt(Okinawa brand salt"Shimamasu") ), Soup(Sesame(Made in South America/Africa/others), Soya sauce, Salt(Okinawa brand salt"Shimamasu"), Fermented seasoning, sesame oil, Spice(Onion, Garlic, Leek, Chili pepper), Yeast Extract, Miso, Maple sugar, Potato starch, Konbu seaweed powder)
1. Boil 500ml of water in a pot. After boiling, pit a bundle of noodles into a pot and stir gently. Recommended boiling time is about 1 minutes 50 seconds.
